Our Weight Loss & Wellness Program provides personalized medical support, nutrition guidance, and accountability to help patients achieve sustainable health and weight-loss goals

Essentials Program

$249 per month

Includes:
• Initial weight management consultation
• Monthly follow-up visit
• Medication management (if appropriate)
• Lifestyle guidance
• Secure portal messaging

Medication cost is not included and varies by pharmacy.

Comprehensive Program

$349 per month

Includes:
• Everything in the Essentials Program
• Biweekly check-ins
• Lab coordination and review
• Priority messaging access

Medication, if prescribed, is billed separately.

Student Physicals

School Physical
$50 Cash Pay

Routine physical examination with completion of required school forms.

Sports Physical
$50 Cash Pay

Pre-participation physical examination with completion of athletic forms. If additional cardiac testing (ECG/EKG) or specialist clearance is required, a referral will be provided. 

Healthcare Student Clinical Clearance
Starting at $75

Designed for students entering nursing, medical assisting, EMT, CNA, respiratory therapy, radiology, and other healthcare programs.

May include:

• Physical examination

• Immunization record review

• Program form completion

• Florida SHOTS review (when available)

• Guidance on required titers and TB testing

Laboratory testing, including TB Gold and immunity titers, can be ordered through Quest Diagnostics. Laboratory services may be covered by your health insurance, depending on your plan and benefits.

Insurance Notice: School and sports physicals are generally not covered by health insurance and are offered as cash-pay services. Laboratory testing ordered through Quest Diagnostics may be covered by your health insurance, depending on your plan and benefits.

Psychiatric Services

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60 minutes)

Comprehensive mental health assessment, diagnostic clarification, and individualized treatment planning.

Medication Management Follow-Up (20–30 minutes)

Ongoing psychiatric medication monitoring, dose adjustments, and symptom evaluation.
